Placing an order

Order timescales can vary from product to product. Please speak with us regarding time frames before placing an order.

Samples can be purchased for the prices shown on our website. Bespoke Favour samples are available by quotation. Bespoke Favour creations are non refundable.

We accept payments by bank transfer or cheque.

Credit card payments can also be made. An e-invoice is sent to your e-mail address and credit card payment can be made via the secure link. We apply a 4% surcharge for credit card/e-invoice payments.

Delivery charges vary according to the size of the order. We will advise you of delivery charges once we have an idea of the quantity you wish to order. Large orders are sent by DHL. Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail, Special Delivery.
